Find the email settings that can send your newsletters to spam

Vivo's email sender list needs 18 checks where Gmail and Outlook stop at 10, which can send some of its email to spam; 5 more of 56 well-known Brazilian brands have a broken or missing list.

Give it the domain you send email from. You get a score, the problems Gmail and Outlook would find when they check whether your email is really yours, and the exact fix for each, ready to send to whoever manages your domain.

Ask your AI assistant

Check whether the email domains of these 56 well-known Brazilian brands are set up so Gmail and Outlook can confirm their email is real: vivo.com.br, claro.com.br, olx.com.br, nubank.com.br and the rest of my list. Tell me which ones have problems and what each should fix first.

Vivo's report: score 69 out of 100; sender list needs 18 checks where inboxes stop at 10; fix first: drop services it no longer uses or list some by server address

What you get

  • A score out of 100 for the domain you send from, with the problems found, most serious first
  • Whether your sender list works: each service on it costs inboxes one or more checks, and inboxes stop after 10; you get your count, plus any listed sender that can't be checked
  • Your rule for email faked in your name: block it, send it to junk, only monitor, or no rule
  • The exact fix for each problem, to send to whoever manages your domain

A real run

Checked Oct 12, 2026, on the main email domain of 56 well-known Brazilian brands we picked from retail, finance, software, telecom, travel, delivery, real estate, classifieds and events. Every brand we checked is counted, except hurb.com, whose records did not answer during the check. Take (take.net) and Resultados Digitais are counted once, as Blip and RD Station. Records change. Brands are examples; not affiliated.

Vivo's sender list needs 18 checks where inboxes stop at 10. Vivo is one of 6 of 56 well-known Brazilian brands whose main email domain has a broken or missing sender list: Vivo, Rock Content, Lojas Renner, HostGator Brasil, OLX and Claro.

Each service on a sender list costs inboxes one or more checks, and inboxes stop after 10. Vivo's list points to 5 other lists, which lead to 11 in all, 3 of them Vivo's own, and needs 18 checks, so email sent through the services past the tenth check fails it. Rock Content's needs 23, Lojas Renner's and HostGator Brasil's 11. Email that fails this check can go to spam or be turned away unless its signature checks out.

OLX publishes two sender lists, which inboxes treat as an error. Claro publishes none.

4 more list a sender that can't be checked: TOTVS, where two entries run together because a space is missing; TIM and Eduzz, where a listed sender has no list of its own; and Casas Bahia, where one listed sender didn't answer during the check (it may be temporary). TIM also has no rule for email faked in its name.

Amaro's sender list ends with “no opinion” on senders it doesn't name, and it only monitors fake email in its name.

What you do with it: check the domain you send from before your next campaign and send the fixes to whoever manages your domain. Some take one edit (TOTVS's missing space, OLX's second list); a list as long as Vivo's needs a cleanup.

How it works

Your AI assistant does these steps for you. Our run was free, and there is nothing to install or configure.

Reads your sender list and follows every service on it

Counts the checks inboxes would need and flags any listed sender that can't be checked.

Reads your rule for fake emails and your email signatures

Whether inboxes are told to block fakes, junk them or only monitor; signatures found under about 30 common names.

Scores the setup and lists the fixes

Serious problems first, each with the change to make.

Questions

Which brands were checked, and how did each do?

Broken or missing sender list (6): Claro, HostGator Brasil, Lojas Renner, OLX, Rock Content, Vivo. A listed sender can't be checked (4): Casas Bahia, Eduzz, TIM, TOTVS. Doesn't turn away other senders (1): Amaro. No problem found with the sender list (45): 123milhas, 99, Americanas, Banco Inter, Blip, BTG Pactual, C6 Bank, Centauro, Conta Azul, Creditas, CVC, Dafiti, Decolar, Hotmart, iFood, KaBuM!, Kiwify, Locaweb, Loft, Loja Integrada, Magazine Luiza, Mercado Livre, Natura, Neon, Netshoes, Nubank, Nuvemshop, O Boticário, Olist, Omie, PagBank, PicPay, QuintoAndar, Rappi, RD Station, Riachuelo, Stone, Sympla, Tray, VTEX, Webmotors, Will Bank, XP Investimentos, ZAP Imóveis, Zenvia. For fake email: no rule (1): TIM; only monitor (12): Amaro, HostGator Brasil, Lojas Renner, Magazine Luiza, Netshoes, O Boticário, PagBank, QuintoAndar, Rappi, Rock Content, TOTVS, ZAP Imóveis; block or send to junk (43): the rest.

Where does the data come from?

From the public records every domain publishes for email, read at the moment you ask, the same records Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo read when your email arrives.

What do these checks do?

The sender list names the services allowed to send email as your domain. The rule for fake emails tells inboxes what to do with email that fails the checks: block it, send it to junk, or only monitor. Signatures prove an email wasn't changed on the way. Gmail and Yahoo ask bulk senders for all three; email that fails can be sent to spam or turned away.

What do IT people call them?

The sender list is SPF, the rule for fake emails is DMARC and the signature is DKIM. The checks are DNS lookups. The report uses those names in its technical details.

How accurate is it?

It reads the records exactly as published and counts checks the way the standard does. It looks at the main domain you give it: big brands often send marketing from another address, such as news.brand.com, so check that one too. Signatures are looked for under about 30 common names; if yours uses another name, tell your AI assistant and it will check it. Records change, so a later check can differ.

What does it cost?

Nothing; it is free. New accounts also get $5 to try the paid use cases.

Will the domain owner know?

No. It only reads public records; nothing is sent to the brand.

How often should I run it?

Before each campaign or newsletter, and every time you start using a new email service, since each one usually goes on your sender list.

What if it finds nothing to fix?

Your domain passes these checks. If email still lands in spam, the cause is elsewhere, such as the content or how often people open your email.
