See every Facebook and Instagram ad your competitors launched in the last two weeks

Liquid Death started 54 new Facebook and Instagram ads in two weeks; 14 are versions of one line: “You won't believe it's not candy.”

Name the brands you compete with. You get every Facebook and Instagram ad each one started and stopped in the last two weeks, the headlines they repeat most, and a short note on what changed, each ad linked to Meta's public Ad Library.

Ask your AI assistant

Check what Liquid Death and Poppi started and stopped advertising on Facebook and Instagram in the last 14 days, and tell me what changed.

What you get

  • Every ad each competitor started or stopped in the last two weeks, with its date and a link to see it
  • The headlines they repeat most, counted by versions
  • Their longest-running ads among the 30 that Meta shows first, so you see what they keep live
  • A short note per brand on what changed: offers, themes, formats

A real run

We ran this for Liquid Death and Poppi in the US on Oct 9, 2026. The counts match Meta's public Ad Library on that day. Meta shows no spend or results, so lots of new ads means a brand is busy, not that it is winning. Brands are examples; we are not affiliated.

Both brands keep testing one line: Liquid Death ran 14 versions of “You won't believe it's not candy”, Poppi 8 of “Soda's back, but better!”

Liquid Death is also pushing a Deal Days sale. Poppi is running creator videos about sour apple and root beer.

Neither switched off an ad in two weeks: both are adding, not replacing.

What you do with it: when a competitor starts a sale like Deal Days, you know that week and can answer with your own offer.

How it works

Your AI assistant does these steps for you. You pay a few cents per run; nothing to install or configure.

Finds each competitor's ad account

You type brand names. It finds the right Facebook and Instagram advertiser for each one and skips look-alike pages.

Lists every ad they just launched

Newest first, for the window you pick, with the date each ad started and a link to see it.

Spots the ads they switched off

Ads that stopped running in the window, and the ones still live, with how long each has run.

Tells you what changed

A short note per brand on new offers, themes and formats. The counts come straight from Meta, not from the AI.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Meta's public Ad Library, the same one anyone can browse. It shows every Facebook and Instagram ad with its start and end dates, but not what the brand spent or how the ad performed.

What does it cost?

About 12 cents for two brands, paid from your balance. New accounts start with $5 free, enough for dozens of checks.

How accurate is it?

The counts match Meta's Ad Library at the moment you run it. Brands add ads every day, so a rerun a few hours later can differ (Poppi went from 32 to 40 new ads the same afternoon). The short note on what changed is written by AI, and every ad it mentions links to the real ad so you can check.

Will my competitor know I looked?

No. The Ad Library is public and anonymous; nothing is sent to the brands you check.

Why does this example show 0 stopped?

In this run neither brand turned off an ad in the two weeks, which is itself the finding: both are adding, not replacing. When a brand stops an ad, you see the date it went dark.

How often should I run it?

Once a week with the same brands and a 7-day window gives you a running log of what each competitor launched and stopped.

What if a brand shows no ads?

They may run ads from a second page or only in another country. Ask your AI assistant to check other pages with that brand's name, or every country.
