Find out which of your Meta ad campaigns are wasting your budget

In our 30-day sample export, a Reels campaign took 14% of the budget and brought back R$0.25 per R$1, and a third of the money went to the two weakest campaigns.

Give your AI assistant the file you export from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn. You get what each campaign spent and brought back, the ones below your target flagged, the days that went wrong, and where the budget should move, in about a minute.

A real run

Run on Oct 13, 2026 on a 30-day sample export with made-up numbers: 6 campaigns, 160 rows, in the exact columns Meta Ads Manager exports in Portuguese. Target return set to R$3 per R$1. Your AI assistant worked out the 10-day blocks from the same export; the report itself gives totals per campaign and per day.

A third of the ad budget went to the two weakest campaigns.

Over 30 days the sample account spent R$14,918 and brought back R$42,629 in sales, R$2.86 per R$1. Two campaigns took R$4,896, 33% of it. The Reels awareness video returned R$0.25 per R$1, the only campaign that did not even earn back its ad spend: 4 sales, R$524 of ads per sale. The coffee-interest prospecting returned R$1.58, likely a loss once product and shipping costs are paid.

Getting worse: the lookalike campaign fell from R$3.58 per R$1 in its first 10 days to R$2.04 and then R$1.44. The worst days were Sep 28 (3 sales for R$467 of ads) and Sep 24 (5 sales for R$498), against about R$49 per sale on a normal day.

Doing best: cart remarketing returned R$7.30 per R$1 on 9% of the budget. The Coffee Day promo returned R$6.43 but only ran Oct 3–12.

What you do with it: pause or rethink the Reels campaign, cut the interest prospecting, refresh the lookalike's ads, and move that money to remarketing and the catalog. Run the same check next week on the new export.

How it works

Your AI assistant does these steps for you. Our run was free, and there is nothing to install or configure.

Reads the export as it comes

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn column names, in Portuguese or English, with R$ or US$ formats.

Works out the numbers per campaign

Spend, sales, ad cost per sale and return for every campaign and every day, flags anything below your target or far off the rest, and draws the charts.

Says where to move the money

Your assistant reads the flags and the export, spots campaigns getting worse, and writes the plan: what to pause, what to cut and where to move the money.

Questions

Is this a real account?

No. The numbers are made up, in the exact columns Meta Ads Manager exports in Portuguese, so you can see what you get before you upload your own. Run it on your export and the numbers are yours.

Which exports work?

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads, in Portuguese or English, with R$ or US$ formats. Any other spreadsheet export works if it has columns for spend and clicks or sales.

What does return per R$1 mean?

Sales the platform attributed to the campaign divided by what the campaign cost. Below R$1 back you lose money on the ads alone; R$3 back is a common target for online stores. Set your own when you ask.

Where do the sales numbers come from?

From the export itself: the conversions and conversion value columns. They are what the ad platform attributes to each campaign, which can differ from your store or CRM.

Is my data stored?

Your export is saved with the run in your account so you can look at it again; only you can see it. The charts come back in your assistant's answer.

How often should I run it?

Once a week on the last 7 or 30 days is enough to catch a campaign going wrong before it costs much.

What does it cost?

Nothing; it is free. New accounts also get $5 to try the paid use cases.
