Looks up a CNPJ, CPF or name in the CGU's CEIS (companies declared unfit or suspended) and CNEP (Lei 12.846 penalties) registers, downloaded daily from the Portal da Transparência, and returns each sanction with its category, start and end dates, whether it is still in force, the sanctioning agency and state, the fine for CNEP, legal basis and process number. A CNPJ also finds sanctions on other branches of the same company. CPFs are masked in the output. Source: Portal da Transparência do Governo Federal — CGU.
