A real run
We ran this for “pavimentação” (paving), all of Brazil, on Oct 10, 2026. The portal returned its 100 newest contracts for that word; 80 were published between Oct 5 and Oct 9 (79 of them on Oct 8 and 9) and not cancelled, and every number here comes from those 80. The portal does not sort strictly by date, so other contracts from those days can be missing. It also matches words loosely: 66 of the 80 describe paving, roads or streets; the rest matched the word but are other work, such as a building lease or an architecture project. The run returns every contract and registry details for the 10 largest companies; we grouped the full list by company and checked each subject afterwards, from the same saved run. Values are what the agencies published. Companies are examples; we are not affiliated.
One highway job is R$ 65.1 million: 27% of the R$ 237.6 million in the 80 contracts matching “paving” published Oct 5–9.
Consórcio Rodoviário MT-320 won it from Mato Grosso’s infrastructure department, to restore 86 km of the MT-320 highway. Of the 80 contracts, 73 went to 69 companies (people, sole proprietors, firms registered under a person’s name and one public consortium are left out). 24 were worth R$ 1 million or more; the typical one, about R$ 490 thousand.
Most came from city halls: 69 of the 80 contracts. MG had 16, SP 15, RS 12.
What you do with it: these companies just won work they have to deliver. If you sell equipment, asphalt, staffing, insurance or credit to builders, call the ones near you this week, and run it again next Monday.

Every contract won by a company in this run, by state
How it works
Your AI assistant does these steps for you. You pay only for each run; nothing to install or configure.
Reads the newest public contracts for your kind of work
From Brazil’s public-procurement portal (PNCP), where every agency must publish its contracts: winner, value, agency, city and subject.
Keeps your dates and the companies
Contracts published in your dates, not cancelled. People, sole proprietors and public bodies are left out; contracts are grouped by company.
Adds each company’s registry basics
City, main activity and status from the national company registry, for the largest winners.
Sorts them by how much they won
Largest contracts first, each linked to the contract on the portal so you can read the scope and dates.
Questions
Where does the data come from?
From PNCP, Brazil’s national public-procurement portal, where federal, state and city agencies must publish their contracts under Lei 14.133/2021, and from the national company registry (CNPJ).
What does it cost?
Less than a cent a run (about half a US cent), paid from your balance. New accounts start with $5 free.
How accurate is it?
Winners, values, agencies and dates are what the agencies published on the portal. The portal matches words loosely, so some contracts are about something else (in our run, 66 of 80 described paving, roads or streets; one was a building lease). Each card links to the contract and those that don’t mention paving are marked.
Does it find every contract?
No. It reads the portal’s 100 newest matches for your words and keeps the ones published in your window. The portal does not sort strictly by date, so a busy week can have more: read the totals as a floor and the list as the latest winners.
Will the companies know I looked?
No. It reads public records; nothing is sent to anyone.
Does it give me contact details?
No. It lists companies, never people, and no phone numbers or emails. Look a company up by its CNPJ when you want to reach it.
How often should I run it?
Every Monday, with the same words. Ask your AI assistant to run it weekly and tell you only about new winners.
What if nothing comes back?
Use the words agencies write in contracts (“pavimentação asfáltica”, “merenda escolar”), look back more days, or drop the state filter.
More sales use cases
Prepare your next sales call with a sourced brief on the company
Vercel’s site says “scale from zero to millions instantly”; your call question is: when a traffic spike changes the bill, what is hardest to explain?
Marketing team work emails at the companies you sell to, under 2 cents each
44 of 50 marketing emails came back “valid”, but only 8 of those 44 could be confirmed with the company's mail server: 6 of the 7 companies accept mail for any address. 82 cents for all 50.
