Gets a company's Certidão de Débitos Relativos a Créditos Tributários Federais e à Dívida Ativa da União, the joint Receita Federal and PGFN certificate that banks, tenders and buyers ask for.

Give a CNPJ. You get the result (negative; positive with the effects of a negative, which has the same legal value; or not issued), the control code, issue date, expiry date, the official PDF and the Receita page to check its authenticity. When the Receita will not issue it online you get its message (pending debts, missing returns or an irregular registration). A certificate that is still valid is returned as the Receita's own copy, so repeated checks of the same company within its 180-day validity are instant. Companies only (CNPJ); takes 5-20 seconds for a company not checked before.
