Checks whether a lawyer is registered with the OAB and in good standing, and whether the case they mention exists.

Give the OAB number and state, or a name, and optionally the CNJ case number. You get each match's name, OAB number, section, registration type and status (REGULAR, SUSPENSO, LICENCIADO, CANCELADO, FALECIDO), plus the court, class, subjects and latest movement of the case from DataJud. Built for the fake-lawyer scam, where someone asks for fees to release money from a real case: check that the lawyer is regular and that the case and its stage match the story. The register needs a CAPTCHA token from a Brazilian connection, so each new check opens a cloud browser in Brazil and takes 15-30 seconds; repeated checks within a day are instant.
