Opens the page in a cloud Chrome with residential proxies and automatic captcha solving, waits for JavaScript, and returns the content as Markdown plus its links.

Use it for pages that plain fetchers get wrong (heavy JavaScript, cookie walls). If the site shows a bot check, the call fails instead of returning the check page. Takes 5-20 seconds.
