Checks whether a brand name is already filed or registered at INPI, Brazil's trademark office.

Give a name, and optionally a Nice class; you get the total of filings, how many are live registrations and how many are pending, and each filing's process number, filing date, mark, status, holder and classes. Search exact first and then radical (marks containing the root), as INPI recommends, before you pick a name, register a domain or file. INPI only answers from Brazil, so each new search runs in a cloud browser there and takes 10-30 seconds; repeated searches within a day are instant. Results are indicative: INPI's examiner can still find other conflicts.
