Checks a Brazilian road freight carrier in the ANTT register before you hire it.

Give the carrier's RNTRC number or company CNPJ, and optionally a truck plate; you get the carrier's name, category (company, self-employed driver or cooperative), RNTRC, status (ACTIVE, SUSPENDED...), registration date and city, whether ANTT says it may haul freight for pay, whether freight must be paid electronically (PEF), and, with a plate, whether that truck is in the carrier's registered fleet. Shippers must check this before contracting (Lei 11.442/2007). Read live from the ANTT public lookup. Companies by CNPJ or any carrier by RNTRC; no lookups by CPF. Free.
